Shared spaces: Pool: The beautiful 9 x 4-meter (29 x 13 ft) pool is a shared space with us (the owners) and guests from another listing (maximum 6 people). It is accessible from June 15 to August 28, from 10 am to 7 pm. Deck chairs are available for you to relax in. Other things to note A few important things to prepare for your stay: Reservation for a third party: If you book for another person, they must be declared in accordance with Airbnb's Terms of Service, be added to the reservation before their arrival and complete our check-in process. Otherwise, the reservation may be declined or canceled. Profile photo: For security reasons, a clear profile photo is required for any reservation request. An entry form will be sent to you on the day of check-in, it will be necessary to complete it in order to access the accommodation. Rental Agreement: Following confirmation, a rental agreement will be sent to you for electronic signature via a secure link. Safety: For your safety and that of our property, there are security cameras in the parking lot and at the entrance to the pool. Number of people: we accept two people maximum, children under 10 years old are not allowed, there is no room to add an extra bed. Pool: We are happy to share access to our pool. It is open from June 15 to August 28, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. On the day of your departure, the apartment must be vacated before 10 a.m. in order to comply with the check-out procedures. Please note that during the summer period, from June 15 to August 28, access to the pool is no longer available on your departure day. Pursuant to French law, the exercise of prostitution (escortism , customer reception) is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Failure to comply with this clause will result in the immediate eviction of guests without any refund, as well as an immediate report to the booking platforms and if necessary to the relevant authorities.
