Charming independent air-conditioned studio for 1 person with terrace, ideal all year round. You will receive a rental agreement, which you will need to sign electronically before you check in. Each guest will need to send a photo of their ID through Airbnb messaging. A security deposit of 250 euros will be requested on the day of your arrival. We do not accept bookings for a third party. The space * Charming modern studio with terrace and swimming pool – your comfortable cocoon near Marseille * To fully enjoy the summer as well as the winter, we offer a cozy and modern studio of 20 m², air-conditioned and totally independent, located on the ground floor, adjoining our house. ~ A space designed for your comfort In 2019, we equipped this studio with quality designer furniture to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Access is easy from your private terrace: all you have to do is climb two small steps, slide the bay window, and you are in your cozy nest. The comfortable 160 x 200 bed guarantees peaceful nights after a busy day. ~ Sunny breakfast and friendly meals Start your mornings smoothly on the terrace, with your freshly brewed coffee thanks to the Dolce Gusto coffee maker, accompanied by the toaster and kettle at your disposal. For your meals, the fully equipped kitchen with its counter and bar chairs invites you to cook like at home. And what could be better than a barbecue on the terrace to enjoy a good meal outdoors? ~ Modern and functional bathroom The designer bathroom is perfectly arranged with shower, vanity unit, towel rail and toilet, for optimal comfort. ~ Relaxation and lazing by the pool During the summer season (from June 1 to September 1 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.), enjoy our 9 x 4 meter swimming pool, surrounded by a large 120 m² terrace. A dozen deckchairs await you for guaranteed moments of relaxation and a change of scenery. A perfect location between city and nature Located in Gignac-la-Nerthe, a charming quiet village in the countryside, you are only 15 minutes from the center of Marseille, 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, 10 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Bleue and Carry-le-Rouet. All shops are within a 10-minute drive. Come and enjoy an experience combining comfort, tranquility and proximity to big cities. We will be delighted to host you in our little piece of heaven! Guest access You have a private terrace. Access to the swimming pool is from June 1 to September 1 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., it is shared with the owners and an apartment with a maximum capacity of 6 people. Only those who have booked the studio have access to it. Other things to note The studio is only accessible to people who have rented the studio.
