Dimitrios Residence is a 3-storey house which combines elegantly modern design with the quaintness of the old city, creating an atmosphere of romance, serenity and relaxation. A recently fully-restored house ( February 2020), beautifully decorated and conveniently located, literally in the heart of the old town, steps away from the city's most well- known restaurants, shops, cafés and bars and within walking distance of the imposing Fortezza Fortress and the magnificent Venetian Harbour. The space Dimitrios Residence is a house of 140 square metres which can accommodate 4-5 guests. Free WiFi access, 40-inch satellite smart TV, air-conditioning are all available in our property. • Ground floor A stylish living room with a sofa bed from where you get access to the fully equipped kitchen and the patio where you can enjoy your meals, relax and rest after a long day out exploring the old town of Rethymno. • First floor A wooden staircase leads to the 1st bedroom of the property, its bathroom, a cosy workspace and a small balcony. • Top floor The beautiful attic of the house has been converted to a spacious bedroom and its private bathroom. A balcony is available on the top floor too. Guest access The guests will have full access to the entire house and its amenities and to a free private parking space near the house. Other things to note -Please note that this is a 3-storey house with balconies and flights of stairs leading to the upper floors. With that in mind, special attention is needed in case there are children in the house. -Prior notice is needed if you require a baby cot/crib or a high chair. -Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility and wheelchair users as there is no elevator for the upper floors.
