Cozy and bright double room in San Isidro (Los Cardones), a 5-minute drive from Tenerife South Airport (TFS). The room features a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, and storage space. The house is located 5 km from one of Tenerife's largest and most beautiful beaches—Playa La Tejita (Montaña Roja)—and El Médano, a place known for its beautiful beaches and numerous water sports (such as kitesurfing and windsurfing). The space ✔ The house is located in Los Cardones (San Isidro), it's a nice and quiet townhouse zone with public parking area in the street. The room is very cozy, where you will feel really comfortable, the private bathroom brought even more comfort. The guest house has a small front patio, which is a shared area with a dedicated smoking area. ✔ The pets are not allowed, it's a quiet zone, so the party as well. ✔ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room (smoke detectors are installed) and the fine for non-compliance is 200 EUROS with possible eviction. Guest access ✔ Bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel are provided. ✔ A mobile phone/tablet charger is also available upon request. ✔ Beach towels and a sun umbrella are available. ✔ Free, unlimited Wi-Fi, so you can stay in touch with loved ones or manage your business or activity remotely. ✔ The bathroom is private and accessible from the room. ✔ The kitchen is shared and not suitable for cooking, frying or baking, but for basic use: storing food in the refrigerator, heating pre-cooked meals from the supermarket, making tea or coffee, sandwiches or toast. ✔ The kitchen is equipped with an osmosis water filter, eliminating the need to buy bottled water, reducing plastic and protecting the environment. It also has a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. ✔ Kitchen use hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. During your stay During customer service hours (8:00 AM - 11:00 PM), I am available for any questions you may have via text message only. Please call only in case of emergency. Other things to note ✔ A link to complete the online Guest Registration Form will be sent one week before arrival. This is a mandatory step to generate access codes for self-check-in. ✔ The form must be submitted at least one day before arrival. ✔ Late night check-in (after 11:00 PM) is possible and is subject to mandatory house rules requiring absolute silence during rest hours (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
