Our cozy apartment is remodeled and equipped to meet all your needs. It is sunny, and spacious, located in the heart of Athens, on Pallados str, walking distance from the famous archaeological spaces, lively shopping areas, Greek restaurants & cosmopolitan bars! Ideal for ~ Couples who want to explore the sights of our historic city ~ Business people due to its strategic location next to all the means of transport ~ Travelers who wish to experience the real Athenian life, culture & cuisine! The space The apartment was redesigned and fully renovated with ecological materials and quality of construction. The size of the studio is 28sq m and has natural sunlight, very comfortable and cozy. It is located on the 4th floor but don't get discouraged, you can use one of two elevators :). The anatomic bed is queen size (160×200m) and for our bedding, we use the finest linen. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, a toaster, a water boiler, and pots for your cooking. In the bathroom, you will find your hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The house is also supplied with a washing/dryer machine, a 32 '' smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron, and an iron board. Around the ceiling, there is discreet hidden interior lighting, which will allow you to create your own atmosphere! Your safety is paramount, so the apartment has a safety door, a first aid kit, a smoke detector, and an all-purpose fire extinguisher. On the table by the window, you will find maps for your orientation, manuals for all the electrical appliances, recommendations, museum brochures, and my favorite Greek recipes. The window is sound-proof but since the apartment is right in the heart of Athens, the city noise might still be audible. For travelers who are not looking for a lively neighborhood, please bear in mind that our studio is where everything is happening :) Guest access You will have access to all the apartment. The past few months have been challenging for all of us and have changed the way we travel and host. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, my parents and I are following the guidelines set by the Greek Health System and CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention). Here are the measures that we are taking to make your stay safe and comfortable: 1. The studio stays closed for one night before another guest comes in. That gives us time to ventilate and disinfect thoroughly. 2. All linens are washed at the highest heat setting. 3. Inside the apartment, we’ve minimized the “touchpoints”. So for the moment, you will not find any books, maps, or small ornaments that are easily reachable. 4. From a cleaning point of view, first we clean and then we disinfect everything. And I mean everything! We focus on the most frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, faucet handles, hairdryer, hangers, etc. 5. Along with the cleaning products we use hot steam cleaning for all the surfaces mattress, appliances, windows, etc. 6. All the kitchen equipment is disinfected and will be available to use. 7. We clean the air-condition filters after every stay. 8. You will also have access to all our cleaning products in case you need them. Registration details 00000390145
