Modern and cozy designer room

You will stay in the front area of our modern designer apartment, where my husband Stefan and I also live. Your room is nice and bright, equipped with a double bed 180 × 200 cm, real wood parquet, beautiful art, a workplace with fast Internet and a tasteful shower room with window, which is directly opposite your room and can be reached in 10 steps via the hallway. Make yourself comfortable in a Corbusier sofa by Cassina and enjoy the absolute tranquility... The space The forest right outside the front door invites you to jog, hike or just take a relaxing walk. Here you can relax in nature. If a good night's sleep is important to you, you're in good hands here! From your room you have a view of the park-like garden. No one has a view into your sleeping area. You can sleep with the window wide open and breathe in the fresh forest air. Even unpleasant mosquitoes are kept away by a fly screen. The newly renovated, bright and modern living room has a workstation with fast Internet, a new bed, optionally with mattresses of hardness grade 2 or 3, a spacious closet for your personal order :) and the cozy 2-seater sofa Le Corbusier by Cassina. Treat yourself to a good cup of coffee from the Nespresso capsule machine (also decaf) and help yourself to various teas. Water is of course also available. In the evenings, there should be no boredom, because you can watch AMAZON PRIME and NETFLIX for free on the large flat screen. All these things make up the high living value of the room, where people can feel comfortable! And I hope YOU DO, TOO! By the way, if there are three or four of you, there are still 2 beautiful bright sleeping places (with shutters) in the living room with large windows in the garden and an electric fireplace, which gives this room a particularly nice atmosphere. So if you book for 3-4 people, you get another full room (same price for each of the two rooms) and share the bathroom. This living room does not have a fixed door, but is separated from the hallway by a slatted curtain - quasi the extended guest room for you. Guest access You are welcome to use the piano and play outside the quiet hours. Bring your favorite music! During your stay My husband Stefan and I are usually personally approachable and otherwise easily accessible, preferably via WhatsApp, but also via email or phone. If you have any special requests or questions, please do not hesitate to ask us. We're standing by to help! Other things to note The SRH Klinikum is directly adjacent to the apartment, so the walk to the patients is only 3 minutes. A very big advantage is that you can leave your car in the parking lot during your entire stay and do everything on foot! The Bible Conference Center "Langensteinbacher Höhe" is also within sight and within walking distance in 3 minutes. If you are coming from the highway, it is just a few minutes to the apartment in Langensteinbach!
