Apartment with bicycles on the Karl-Heine Canal

Hi, I rent out a beautifully renovated 2-room apartment. A real wood floor was laid and the furniture in the shabby-chic style comes partly from France and was also restored. The apartment is located in the trendy district of Plagwitz directly opposite the Westwerk. Several cultural facilities (cinema, Schaubühne Lindenfels, Baumwollspinnerei, Felsenkeller) and restaurants are located in the surrounding area. The Karl-Heine Canal, which is almost at the house, invites you to relax. The space The renovation of the 45 m² apartment was completed in November 2016. The double door to the living room is still preserved in the original. A real wood floor ("dream of the old painter") was laid, which evokes a cozy atmosphere. Tiles have also been selected for the kitchen floor that match the old building charm. The apartment has Wi-Fi Internet access and a TV with cable connection. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room the large couch can be folded down so that you have a large lying surface. A maximum of 4 people can therefore stay at the apartment. The bedroom is located towards the main street, on which the tram also runs towards the city center. If you need total peace and quiet, the apartment is not suitable because of the traffic noise. Guest access The guests have the whole apartment at their complete disposal. The bicycles belonging to the apartment are in basement 10 of the house. The bicycles can be exchanged in my own bicycle workshop if they are defective or flat. Other things to note Bed sheets and towels are made available at no cost as well. A hairdryer is available. The apartment may not be entered with outdoor shoes due to the real wood floor. The apartment has a lockable anteroom where the shoes can be placed and slippers are available in different sizes. Jackets can be hung on the left side of the wardrobe in the anteroom. A children's travel cot can be provided for €10 per stay if you are interested. There is no smoking in the apartment/building. If smoking occurs in the apartment/building, this will result in an immediate trip cancellation and a contractual penalty of €500 will be charged. The accommodation tax of the city of Leipzig is charged separately and must be paid on site. It is usually 5% of the booking price for adults. The exact amount will be communicated in advance. Bicycles can be rented on request.
