The 100 m² apartment is located in a small and quiet street not far from the Erft. It offers two spacious bedrooms, a large cozy living room with open, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a comfortable bathroom with large shower and an additional toilet. From the living room and one of the bedrooms you can access the large southwest balcony. Wi-Fi is available throughout. The apartment has a parking space for up to two vehicles. The space The apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house built in 2020. It has a separate entrance as well as a private driveway with space for up to two cars. The internal staircase leads to the spacious hallway on the second floor, through which all rooms are accessible. Two bedrooms are available for guests. One bedroom has a 180 cm bed and a chair bed with a 77 x 182 cm bed surface. The smaller bedroom has a 160 cm bed. Both bedrooms offer plenty of storage space for clothing or other luggage. Two more sleeping options are located in the living area: two single beds with a lying area of 80 × 200 cm. The heart of the apartment is the open, spacious living/dining area with large kitchen corner. The kitchen offers all amenities: fridge/freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Filters and a French press are available for coffee preparation. Of course, a teapot and tea filters are also available for tea drinkers. Pots, pans, dishes and cutlery are available in sufficient quantities. The apartment offers a large bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower, a toilet and a sink with a large mirror. There is also a separate guest toilet, which has another toilet and a sink. The highlight in the summer months is the large southwest balcony, which can be reached via the living room and the large bedroom. Guest access The apartment has its own, separate entrance.
