Beautiful 4 Birth Grasmere caravan with private decking & Garden space. Our pride & joy that we love spending time in as a family & want others to be able to do the same. This caravan is Brand new & we intend to look after it, prices may seem higher than others but you get what you pay for & we ensure the property is maintained/cleaned to the highest standards. Fantastic facilities on site & brilliant location to explore the beautiful coastline. You won’t be let down on quality & cleanliness. The space Fully equipped with all mod cons and flat screen TV and combi boiler. WiFi is available for free in club house or to purchase in caravan. Situated on a fantastic plot with views of St Mary’s Lighthouse in a quiet area of Whitley Bay Holiday Park. There is a master bedroom at the rear with a double bed and walk in wardrobe, in the centre of the caravan is a twin room with 2 single beds and opposite is the bathroom with a walk in shower. The front of the property has an open plan kitchen with dinning table and plenty seating around the front of the room for socialising or watching TV. The seating in the front room has a double fold out bed built into the settee. Out the double doors is a decking area that is only accessible from inside the caravan(summer months seating will be available). All around the Caravan is grass area that can be used to play on or sit on. Guest access Use of all site facilities(passes can be purchased from reception) and the amazing north east coast right on your doorstep with free parking. Fantastic place to either relax or use as a base to explore the surrounding area which has everything you could need from amazing walks to amusements for the kids, for the adults Tynemouth and Newcastle city centre offer great shopping and so many different places to eat and drink you will have to come back for more. Right outside the park is a bus stop with links to all of the North East and taxis are readily available. Other things to note All we ask is that you look after the caravan so that we can continue to enjoy it with our families. We fully understand accidents happen just drop us a message and we can prepare a deep clean or allocate longer for the change over process if required. Once you stay we believe you will want to return again and again.
