The space Close to main strip yet very quiet area. Prior to renovation this was only a guest room for rent but now you have private bath, private bdrm with brand new king bed, your own deck, living area with small couch, Kuerig coffee maker, pods, tea kettle, microwave, mini fridge/freezer and toaster. I am happy to answer any questions you may have! Smoking is not allowed on the deck due to the other ac unit being in that area and it was blowing the smoke into the other unit. But plenty of shared seating throughout the yard! Owner is licensed agent in the state of Georgia. Guest access You have a deck with table, umbrella and chairs. There are lounge chairs to use on first come basis. I highly recommend using the fantastic outdoor shower, guests love it. Other things to note My property runs a block deep, parking is not at address shown but on 6th Ave, park straight forward! Professional mosquito control, and Toxic FREE cleaning products. Water can be Very HOT, it takes a bit to heat up. Flowers, sun and shade everywhere. Must be 25+ years old to stay!
