House 2 has 2 bedrooms, one with private bathroom,a social bathroom and a large accent with beds and toilet ( without shower). Living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Casa do Rio 1 has a patio with oven and barbecue, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a mezannine with beds, 2 living/dining rooms and a covered terrace. Guest access All spaces in Casa do Rio 1 are available for guests. For stays longer than 30 days and it is possible to provide at no additional cost, a portion of land 100 meters from the house that allows the practice of gardening or cultivation of aromatic herbs...For family or friends and groups meetings, up to 20 people,can also be booked at Casa do Rio 2, which has the possibility of communication.
