The double bedroom is on a mezzanine floor, with the added enhancement of characterful wooden beams and a vanity unit. There is also the option of accommodating an extra guest on a Z- Bed. Both bedrooms come with crisp, white, hotel quality linen. Bathrooms: The property has one family bathroom, recently re-fitted with a luxurious shower over bath, toilet, and a sink. Living Space: The self-contained barn opens into a wonderful, large, open-plan living area. The lounge space is warm and welcoming and has two cosy leather sofas, a footstool, a flat screen television, books, a beautiful wood burner and Wi-Fi, which is fitted throughout the property. The property also has underfloor heating. Kitchen and Dining: Adjoined to the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area including a dining table and chairs. Guests can enjoy preparing scrumptious family dinners whilst gathering to discuss plans for the days ahead. Outside: Shire Horse Barn has a peaceful garden which can be accessed through the patio doors off the open- plan living area. The garden features a patio area, with a small wooden gazebo, patio furniture and a parasol, as well as a good size lawn. There is also the addition of a kettle barbeque, perfect for those hot summer days! Other things to note Shire Horse Barn shares a communal entrance hall with Threshers Barn. It is possible to rent out both properties together which can cater for 8-12 people.
