The house is located in the charming picturesque village of Neffiès. On the ground floor, fitted kitchen and living room with TV. On the first floor, the bedroom with its 160 cm bed and its small reading or work area, the bathroom with its walk-in shower. On the second floor, bedroom no. 2 in the attic, air-conditioned, two 90 cm beds that can be positioned side by side or not. The courtyard shaded by the banana tree awaits you for barbecue, meals, reading or a nap... Calm assured. The space Neffiès is a typical village of the Hérault with its shaded squares, its old ramparts, its small alleys. It offers a children's playground, two restaurants, a bakery/grocery store, a hairdresser, a cooperative wine cellar... Roujan, 3 km away, offers a supermarket, pharmacy, bars... Guest access The entire house and the flowery courtyard. Other things to note At your disposal are a microwave, oven, toaster, electric coffee maker, fridge with freezer section, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. I respond to your requests quickly during the day, but from 10:30 p.m. it will take a little patience because I recharge my batteries!
