Delightful Guest Suite in Historic Neighborhood

This comfortable first floor guest suite is located in a charming home in the heart of the historic College Hill neighborhood, only minutes away from Brown University, the Rhode Island School of Design, the new walking bridge and downtown Providence. The entrance is private and secure with self-check-in via a lockbox. On-street parking for one car is available with our guest parking permit. It grants parking for 5 days within the same month. The space The guest suite is sparkling clean and equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and cozy sitting area, perfect for one guest or a couple. The space features a small kitchenette including a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, electric tea kettle, coffee maker and French press. Please note that the owners live on the premises. Our main living space is upstairs and we have another, infrequently used bedroom and bathroom downstairs on the same level as the guest suite, so you may at times hear footsteps or voices above, as this is an older house and sound travels more easily. We are looking forward to your visit. Guest access When parking your car, please make sure to stay at least 25 feet away from the corner. Please note that during the winter, the City may ban parking on streets during a snow storm. If a snow parking ban is in effect, you are responsible for securing a location for your car. There are multiple garages in the city that offer overnight parking. Other things to note Please note that we absolutely do not permit any smoking (that includes pot), vaping or any other drugs on the premises or in front of the house.
