There are two nicely appointed bedrooms with antique furnishings, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed and a twin bed. All new mattresses as of 2022! The partial kitchen with a small breakfast bar area is equipped for preparing simple meals and there is additional outdoor seating for 6 and a gas grill to enjoy the beautiful river scenery. Adirondack chairs and a small picnic table are also available on the Roaring Fork River beach. Enjoy time spent on the beautiful patio, casting a line or with a picnic dinner at the river's edge and experience total relaxation while listening to the soothing sounds of the rushing waters of the Roaring Fork River. This condo is not equipped with a full kitchen but offers a 2 burner cook top and a combination microwave/convection oven. There is not a standard oven or a dishwasher. Due to the proximity of the river to the home, extreme caution must be used with young children. The owners are part time residents and occasionally occupy the upper level of the home however there are no shared spaces and the apartment is completely separate and private. Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage.
