Gite between Loire, castles and Sologne

The sweetness of life in the Loire Valley, between Loire and Sologne, is what we offer you during a stay in our "La clé des champs" gîte. Our cottage, built in 2014 (RT2012 standard, comfort in summer and winter, very bright) can accommodate up to 8 people. The space The ground floor has an entrance hall with wardrobe, toilet, and fitted kitchen, open to a large living room. The ground floor has central air conditioning. KITCHEN: Refrigerator, chest freezer, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with paper filter, Senseo coffee maker and kettle. Dish towels and cleaning supplies are provided. LIVING ROOM: 2 sofas including 1 sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV cabinet and its TV. For meals, a table with extensions and 8 chairs. UPSTAIRS: a mezzanine overlooking the living room, 3 bedrooms with wardrobe. Linens and blankets are provided, as well as baby essentials (crib, changing table and high chair). The bathroom has a shower, corner bathtub, double vanity storage unit, toilet, and towel dryer. Towels, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo are available. The floor does not have central air conditioning but is naturally cooled by that of the ground floor via the mezzanine. NOTE: For people with limited mobility, the floor is only accessible via a wooden staircase. OUTSIDE, the terrace overlooks a wooded, fenced garden that is shared with two other accommodations. Garden furniture is available as well as outdoor games (swing, slide, sandbox, racket). Several sun loungers are available in the garden and are shared with two other accommodations. 3 parking spaces located in front of the cottage are reserved for you. Free Wi-Fi.
