This comfortable and family friendly flat is located in the centre of Swansea in the marina and is a 2 minute walk to Swansea Bay beach. Very convenient location for Swansea Arena which is a 7 minute walk away Direct access by car and public transport to the Gower. There is a range of supermarkets, shops and restaurants, and a cinema and leisure centre at walking distance. This is the place to experience the vibrance and spirit of Swansea. The space A big hello and it’s fair to say you’ve just stumbled on the perfect place to stay while in Swansea. This space is refined and peaceful in equal measure. Waking up to the smell of salty fresh air is sure to have you feeling revitalised while away from home. Just a stone’s throw away are sweeping sea views of the lustrous coastline. Your home away from home provides sleep for up to 5 guests in 2 spacious rooms, each equipped with a King size bed and a sofa bed is available should it be required. 1 of the bedrooms has an en-suite complete with a shower and the main bathroom has a bath. Also provided is a travel cot and high chair (please let us know if you will need them when booking), comfort and convenience are key. There is ONE parking spot provided per stay. Please understand there is no lift in the building and a few flights of stairs to climb to access the flat. Plan accordingly. Furnished with the key concept of being modern and dynamic, the living room gives rise to beams of light ideal for relaxing in and taking great photos. The dining table is an ideal spot to entertain and enjoy some home cooking or takeaway so you can Netflix and chill or load up something on the Amazon Fire stick included in the package.
