The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Le Cannicelle, an elegant three-level villa built in authentic Mediterranean style and set on the hillside of Villammare, approximately 56 metres above sea level. Thanks to its privileged panoramic position, the villa enjoys breathtaking views stretching for miles along the Cilento coastline between Palinuro and Maratea, offering spectacular scenery throughout the day. The apartment features an independent entrance from the villa’s garden and is centred around a spacious and bright panoramic living room, the heart of the house, from which the three bedrooms can be accessed. The living area is made even more welcoming by an elegant fireplace decorated with traditional Vietri ceramic tiles, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere even during the cooler months. The fully equipped masonry kitchen, enhanced with traditional Vietri ceramics, directly overlooks the sea and creates a bright and authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. From the kitchen guests can access the outdoor patio, ideal for breakfasts, lunches and dinners al fresco while enjoying the beautiful sea view. On the southern side of the living room, large stone arches open onto the panoramic portico, framing magnificent views of the surrounding Mediterranean landscape. A short stone staircase leads to the villa’s characteristic rustic tavern, built with local stone and chestnut wood. All interiors are bright, tastefully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, except for the kitchen, ensuring comfort even during the warmest months. The apartment is particularly suitable for families with children or groups of friends wishing to explore the Cilento Coast between Palinuro and Maratea.
