Please dont bring or cause any drama with others. The space This is a private room in the basement. The basement living room is not for use. Bathrooms shared by others. Free parking in driveway or in front of house. Shared TV in upstairs living room. Shared outside back patio TV. Great backyard. 1 mile from nearest dispensary. $15 uber to downtown bars, clubs, sporting events. Short walk to nearest restaurant/bar. Mexican food nearby. Grocery store (king soopers) 1.5 miles away. Free parking. Wi-Fi. Guest access No access to other private rooms. Shared kitchen, living room, backyard, bathrooms. Other things to note You must be extremely clean in the shared areas of the house. no one should ever have to clean up behind you. If you are not feeling well or are sick at all do not come here. Illegal drugs are not allowed on the property. If i find out you have illegal drugs you will be kicked out immediately. Magic mushrooms are not allowed. This is not a luxury accommodation.
