Rother, is a studio in the centre of Rye. It’s in a fab location to see all the town. Just 2 minutes walk from The Landgate Arch, and Conduit Hill which both lead to the high street. The popular Waterworks brewery is just at the end of the street. This studio has a king size bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. The entrance to the property has stairs. We have just opened our sister Airbnb below the studio which sleeps up to 4. For details please search Tillingham Rye. The space The studio is in the great location. Only a 2 minute walk and your in the centre of the town, and the high street where you will find many bars,shops,cafes galleries and restaurants. The studio has a king size bed. A double sofabed can be converted for an extra person. We can also offer a double airbed The large tiled bathroom has an extra large walk in double shower cubicle which has been installed with a modern headed shower. The kitchen is supplied with all the accessories you may need including, oven, toaster, fridge, microwave, cereal dispenser, kettle and coffee machine. There is under floor heating,WiFi,iron & ironing board,hair dryer and tv. There is a lockbox installed for easy check in and out. We provide complimentary tea and coffee refreshments and some condiments. Being on the second floor there is a fire escape from the window, please be advised when you open the window enable the safety latch. We currently have a fault with the under floor heating in the main room not in the bathroom. Large oil room heaters are in the studio with an extra fan heater to make sure no one would be cold. Guest access The whole studio. Other things to note There is no washing machine within the studio. There is a laundrette less than 5 minutes walk away in the Rope Walk arcade. First aid kit supplied. We keep up with high standard covid cleaning regulations The fire exit is from the window in the studio. The key to open the window safety cable is hanging up to the right of the window incase you need to exit in an emergency. Please only move this key if there is an emergency. Please note when you open the window check the safety latch is in place securely.
