This place is great! We're super close to Temple U. and near downtown, within walking distance of many restaurants and a small park. We've meticulously furnished our apartment with comfort and functionality in mind. We know you'll love it here just as much as we do! The space There is ample FREE on-street parking. Also, as just about any home located in a big city, our neighborhood is multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, multi-generational, multi-just about everything and we like it like that. I am unable to prevent noise from emergency vehicles which may pass by nor people from littering along the street. If any of that scares you or puts you off at all, another listing may be better suited for your needs - no hard feelings. My husband and I live here, in this neighborhood, and we love it but we understand others may feel differently. Our place has lots of natural light, sleeper sofa with a trundle, sleek desk/ dining table, large antique mirror, plush queen-sized bed with a voluptuous shag rug, closet and stylish dresser, 43" smart HD TV, fastest Wifi you can get without running a T1 line (100Mbps). There's a FREE stacked washer and dryer in the hallway before entering the apartment - shared with the building. The chairs can even fold and can be put away for more floor space! What are you waiting for? Non smokers only! Hefty fine for any guests (or guests of guests) smoking in, out, or around the building. Please wash your own dishes and generally treat our home with care. :) For reservations with 2 or fewer guests ONLY: If you need linens for the pull out couch, please let me know at time of booking as there will be a one-time $25 fee. Guest access You'll have the whole studio apartment exclusively. You'll have shared access to a washer and dryer. Also, this apartment is on the first floor so only a few steps to conquer before you are there! Please bring your own laundry detergent if you plan to do laundry. There is mandatory (but absolutely FREE) housekeeping services provided during your stay at the host's discretion for stays longer than 7 days, no smoking (including candles and incense), no pets, no parties, maximum occupancy of 4 people total, and quiet hours between 10pm and 9am. And please, please, please no confetti - it's impossible to clean up quickly and we may have a guest checking in right after you check out.
