The approx. 40 m² 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the apartment building complex Hafen-Residenz on the old Laboer harbor with side fjord/ harbor views and can accommodate up to 4 people. A separate bedroom with double bed (180x200 cm) and ample storage facilities are available in addition to a spacious bathroom with shower/toilet and a combined living-bedroom with sofa bed (140x200 cm) with kitchenette. The morning coffee or breakfast can be enjoyed relaxed on the balcony facing the harbor. A parasol provides pleasant shade. A car parking space in the underground car park is reserved for you. This is a lifting space (L 500cm x W 200cm x H 150cm). Please note the maximum height of 1.50 m. Larger cars and vans have to look for a place outside. Alternatively, we offer you the possibility to rent a parking space for a fee, depending on availability. Bicycles brought with you can be parked outside. In the basement, washing machine and dryer (coin-operated appliances) are ready for you. Would you like to take your dog on vacation? A dog is welcome to travel with you at an additional cost. Please understand that this apartment is a non smoking home. The state capital Kiel is outside the front door. If you want it to be tranquil, take the line ship from the port of Laboe to the jetty in the summer months, right in Kiel city center. The wide Baltic Sea beach invites you to swim in summer and long walks in winter. Laboe is located on the world's busiest major shipping trail - an Eldorado for sailors. The swimming beaches are shallow and friendly.
