It is an exceptional place, both in terms of its standing and its location. In "L'Impérial" you are indeed at the heart of the action, in the city center: the windows and the loggia offer you a calm and peaceful view, from a street parallel to the main street. But make no mistake, you are less than a two-minute walk from the city center and the castle square, which hosts dozens of events every year to entertain you and have a good time! It is rare to be able to enjoy such calm while being right in the middle of the city. For those coming by train, the apartment is less than a 10-minute walk from the train station! Your gaze rests on the floor, all in INSULATING AND SOUNDPROOFING PVC parquet, it allows you to keep a pleasant temperature so you never have cold feet. Come and relax or watch your favorite program from the comfortable linen CAPITONNE SOFA or in one of the pleasant Louis XV linen armchairs too! The tone is set! In the middle of this living room area, a large black Charlie coffee table on a beautiful oriental-style COZY RUG, a daring mix that will delight you for sure! The fabric curtains, made to measure as well as the mood lights, Ivy lamps, will bring the final touch to this NOBLE AND WARM living room for you and your family to spend unforgettable moments! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A high-end SUREQUIPEE kitchen for gourmets ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Let's continue the visit on the other side of the hallway, in the kitchen... Very MODERN, it consists of a large oak worktop, decorated with a small table and straight Alsatian chairs with a heart in the middle, typical Alsatian chairs. There are 6 in the whole apartment, can you find them? It is perfectly equipped with a HIGH-END appliance, and very well organized: you will feel at home here! You will find a ventilated cold refrigerator for better food preservation, a freezer section, a self-cleaning rotating heat oven, a microwave, a coffee machine for Nespresso capsules, an electric kettle, a toaster, all the necessary dishes and utensils (pans, pots, stew pots...), etc. Everything is ergonomically designed for your comfort, you will not miss anything! "The Imperial" on one of the wood-colored Alsatian chairs, around the small COZY TABLE, perfect for cooking, drinking a small espresso, having breakfast or just chatting! Maybe you'll find some local specialties, who knows... ;) The worktop is accompanied by numerous STORAGE SPACES along its entire length, a double sink, an induction hob, a very quiet dishwasher and a washing machine. At the end of the kitchen, like a back door, an outdoor space, a loggia with a small round table and folding chairs. A small friendly space that will surprise you with its simplicity and comfort, ideal to enjoy the fresh air of the EARLY MORNING or the last glimmers of the day around a well-deserved drink! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Two bedrooms with 3 real beds for a peaceful night... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- At the exit of the kitchen, let's stop at the small door on your left, the independent toilet area with hanging toilet, hand wash and mirror hanging on the wall. Back in the long hallway, on the left a first bedroom equipped with a double Queen Size bed 160 x 200 cm and a single bed 90 x 200 cm to comfortably accommodate 3 people. It has a flat-screen TV hanging on the wall, a wardrobe with hanging space and various storage under the bed. You can unpack your suitcases and bags, and really settle in! The second bedroom, or master bedroom, will impress you with the size of the furniture and paintings, again we thought BIG! A Queen Size double bed 160 x 200 with UPHOLSTERED headboard overhung by two magnificent paintings representing the Strasbourg Cathedral and the Maison Kammerzel, historical places of Alsace! Business trip? A VALET is waiting for you to receive your suit and accessories (see photos of the room with the red cushions). A dressing room is also available to empty your bags! Here too a flat screen TV hung on the wall, overlooking an old wood Simone plateau dresser. On each side, a Bridge Louis XV armchair to further dress up this spacious and bold room! Back in the hallway you will find a closet that contains storage, a vacuum cleaner, a table and an iron that are also at your disposal. ----------------------------------------- The long-awaited bathroom... ----------------------------------------- Finally, let's finish our visit with the long-awaited bathroom... This essential space at the beginning and end of the day was completely demolished and redone in October 2019 to bring you warmth, COMFORT and ergonomics. Imagine yourself entering this room, there is a WARM ATMOSPHERE thanks to the mixed radiator with integrated blower, a tile chosen carefully for its warm and timeless color, a Haussmann sink cabinet in REAL WOOD and stone tray, overhung by two wall lights with an old patina and a Vérone Adode mirror more than one meter high by 56 cm wide! You enter the shower with an extra large flat shower tray and a bench to sit or put your toiletries. It is so PLEASANT that you almost forget about the passage of time... In quieter periods, rates are lower. An unbeatable price for this type of stay, much lower than many accommodations in the region, especially since linens are PROVIDED! Why such a price? Because we consider that our rental must be a peaceful place to enjoy good times with family. This is what led us to invest in these places for our own family.
