Other things to note A few days before check-in, you'll receive your digital guest card, which will allow you to travel for free by public transport throughout the canton of Neuchâtel during your stay. This card will also give you free admission to most museums in the canton and, during the summer, a boat cruise on Lake Neuchâtel, a boat cruise on the Doubs and free bike rental in Neuchâtel. Please note that in order to take advantage of the transport offered by the Neuchatel Tourist Card, you will need to install the Fairtiq app on your smartphone and have roaming data in Switzerland.
