Big terraced apartment on the raised ground floor of a 5-storey building, comprising a vast sitting room with a fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable double bedrooms (two of which with en-suite bathroom) and a third bathroom with double shower. The space The apartment is very bright and was recently refurbished. It is on the raised ground floor and windows give on to an internal courtyard so it very quiet. It comprises a vast sitting/dining room which includes two sofa beds and a big table that can sit up to 12 people. Closer to the kitchen area there is another table for breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes for 12 and all you need for cooking. From the kitchen you can enter a covered veranda where you can hang up clothes. From the living room you can access the terraced garden with a gazebo and tables and chairs. The night area includes three bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite bathoroom, while the third bedroom has exclusive access to a third bathroom (not en-suite). Altoghether the apartment has 3 double beds (160x190cm), two single sofa beds in the living room and in case of need a cot can also be made available. All three bathrooms have a big shower, hairdryer and toiletries. There is a heating system with radiators and A/C in every room. WI-Fi is available everywhere. Guest access The apartment is totally at guests' disposal. Other things to note 1) This apartment cannot be booked by groups under 25 years a of age. Families with kids are welcome. 2) It is possible to park in the street for free in the whole neighbourhood. If you want a safe spot there is also a garage nearby. 3) Although guests are charged for the final cleaning, it is common practice to leave the kitchen in order.
