Guest access The property has 12 studios and a general entrance, but each studio has its own door with an individual lock. When you book, you'll receive your studio key and a chip for the main gate. We will coordinate your arrival time to open it remotely, checking the security cameras. The room key will be in a lockbox with a personalized code, which we will send you on the day of check-in. Other things to note General information --------- • The studio is part of a 12 unit building and shares an indoor garden. • It has a double bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, concrete floor (cold) and Smart TV. • Does not have heating; can request electric heaters (60 MXN/day). • Pre-arrival cleaning included; additional cleaning on request ($150 MXN). • There is no parking on the property; you can park on public road or in nearby pensions (100–200 MXN/night). • Fiber optic Wi-Fi (80 Mb/50 Mb), shared network.
