Welcome in our unique NEW studio furnished in a modern style with vaulted ceiling and personal touch. It is a quiet and comfortable place for couples coming to Prague to explore wonderful city with a rich history. ❤️This studio is located in the Holesovice district, Prague 7 close to river Vltava.The studio is 20 min. away from the Charles Bridge by tram. Formerly the industrial center of Prague, Holesovice is now a new cultural hub on the rise. With a lot of great restaurants, clubs and the pubs The space Modern flat is located in Holesovice with a view Vltava River. This is brand new studio with a beautiful and unique vaulted ceiling. It has modern kitchen includes all appliances includes the washing machine. Our studio does not have microwave. Modern couch, nice kitchen table with 2 designer chairs from Italy. Our studio has double bed (140cm)and couch. This studio is using renewable solar energy from PRE , and also we are using non chemical cleaning supplies. We are trying to be eco friendly as well. We are not providing paper towels or plastic bottles. The studio fit perfectly 2 adults and one child. If you fit 3 people it would be tight. Guest access Only studio and main building. Other things to note We have paid meter parking in front of the building. If you arrive by car you can park in front of building. The price for one hour is 20CZK= 0.80 EURO approximately. There are some streets where you can park for free. Smoking is prohibited. Unfortunately there will be penalty for smoking and fees for professional cleaning. Towels: If you need some extra towels beyond the 4 provided in the bathroom, we have an extra in the closet.Conservation is always appreciated. Trash: Please take trash out when you check out. There is a key from the container located outside. It is locked but you have a key to open. Recently a neighbor installed air conditioning unit you might hear some noise. We are in process to install the sound proof wall behind the bed. I will also collect occupancy tax 50kc per person/night upon arrival. Thank you.
