Beautiful studio with a breathtaking view just 1 minute from the beach! You can enjoy the incredible view to Olympus Mountain and deep blue sea view by your balcony. We offer a fully equipped studio with an apart kitchen and bathroom. The condo is situated in Epanomi 30 km away from Thessaloniki, the second big city of Greece. It takes you only 20 minutes by car to reach the airport. The space The studio is located on the 1st floor of the building with a balcony seeing to the sunset. It is perfect for couples, families with one kid, single travelers, executives, or friends exploring the city or a group of tourist enjoying each other companion but privacy, as well. The studio can host 3 persons. The studio consists of two rooms: the bedroom and the kitchen. There are two single beds in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. There is also a bathroom. The studio is shiny and cosy with the fully equipped kitchen and include: refrigerator, washing machine, oven, stoves, tv, wifi, clean sheets and towels. We also offer soap and shampoo and detergents. A large garden is offered for relaxation or sports activities. There is also enough space for parking. We love pets and so they are always welcome, too! The ideal place for your relaxing vacations but it is also nice if you want to combine relaxation with working in a place nearby Thessaloniki!
