Huge Ocean View with Semi-Private Beach Access

This unique open plan home has wonderful ocean views from all rooms with the exception of the laundry, master bath, and half bath. The upper story has seven large picture windows that look out on to the Pacific ocean. Whales are often seen as well as fishing boats and paragliders who launch from the cape. Deer are often seen crossing the dune between the house and ocean, along with a wide variety of birds. The hike/walk on the semi-private paths to the beach or cape is less than ten minutes, but does require hiking up and down some dunes.
