Il Galletto Selvatico is a 100% independent accommodation of Casa Mussa, a historic farmhouse 600 m high in the hills of the upper Langa, renovated and furnished in maximum comfort with free air conditioning, wifi, and parking space (recommended). The space The house has been designed to offer maximum comfort to couples or families of 6 people (but if you want up to 7), who love to stay in a place with unspoiled nature. The entrance overlooks a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a single sofa bed, but if necessary, two more single beds can be added. The kitchen has a fully equipped cooking/work area with induction hobs, an electric oven, a microwave, a kettle, and essentials (salt, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee). In the kitchen, you will find a large 43-inch TV, a double sofa bed, and a French window that will allow you to overlook the fenced rear courtyard (with a fine net for smaller animals) with a keyed gate, for the exclusive use of guests. Between the bedroom and the kitchen you will find the bathroom that has all the bathroom fixtures, a large double shower, washing machine and all the necessary detergents for the face, body, hair and for the washing machine. The house is the starting point to reach fantastic places belonging to the most famous food and wine routes of the hilly side between Langhe and Monferrato. You are 3 km from Denice, a delightful medieval village with a 1300 tower, 5 km from Roccaverano (800 m high) famous for its unparalleled Robiola DOP, 4 km from the castle of Monastero Bormida and 18 km from Acqui Terme (15 minutes by car) an ancient Roman city known for its "Boiling" from which a very hot sulphurous water flows used directly in its spa for both therapeutic and wellness purposes and many other neighboring villages absolutely to be discovered... It is also the ideal place for those who want to dedicate themselves to hilly sports, from cycling (with the possibility of storing their bikes in a safe and indoor place), to trekking, to walks, both on the plains and on the hills (do not miss the route of the 5 towers mentioned in the well-known magazine "Itinerari" of April 2021). You are 1 hour and 30 minutes from Turin and Genoa and about an hour from the most beautiful beaches of Western Liguria, It is also possible to organize horseback riding, fishing and participate in the numerous events organized by the local tourist boards such as the festival of lies in Denice, the polentone in Roccaverano, the historical re-enactment of the siege of Canelli or Bubbio and the numerous seasonal festivals. Children of any age are welcome (camping bed and playpen on request). Guest access The entrance is designed on the side of the courtyard (available to guests for the entire tiled part in front of the entrance) where it is also possible to stay and/or eat with the tables/chairs, left in the house. The accommodation is for the exclusive use of guests, as well as the part in front of the house on the side of the courtyard and the rear area fenced and closed by a gate provided with a key. In the fenced back part, animals can stay freely while you are asked to keep them on a leash if you are staying in the part towards the courtyard or walking all around the farmhouse, since there may be other animals staying in the neighboring houses.
