A short 10 minutes from DFW, only 20 minutes to either Dallas or Fort Worth. Very easy access to highways and very close to Six Flags over Texas and Cowboys Stadium. Very clean, private room on second floor in a 3 story townhome. This room will share bathroom with another room which may also have a guest during your stay. Includes coffee and cookies. Townhouse is located in a very quiet neighborhood. I want you to feel at home. You will be renting a private room. However, the rest of the house is 100% accessible to you. Washer and dryer, Kitchen, and a small back yard for a relaxing evening after work or after a day out and about. Parking is allowed anywhere on the curb, usually across from the townhouse or around the corner only a very short walk away. I will definitely be available to make your stay more comfortable. As a long time resident of the DFW metroplex, I know the city and will be able to suggest fun activities around town. Our neighborhood is quite and secluded. If you are here, it's because you live here, or you are lost! However, it is easily accessible from major highways, 183 and 360. Oh, and it doesn't matter which way you go, there is a Starbucks within 5 minutes in any direction! DFW airport is a short 5 minutes away. If you don't feel like dealing with the ever increasing traffic of our city, you can park your car at Centerport Train Station which is a couple of miles down the street and take the train into Dallas or Fort Worth. Our townhouse is truly the heart of the Metroplex. During my free time, I am also a Uber driver, so if you need to be driven around, just check with me. I may be available. Mi casa es su casa! The other two rooms are rented out to guests and share one common bathroom all on the 2nd floor. On the first floor you will find a full kitchen, laundry area, living room and dining room.
