All rooms are equipped with ACs (except for 1 room which has a ceiling fan). Upper Level: 4th Floor (Area 125m) Master bedroom with Bathroom (En-suite), Living Area with TV, Kitchenette and a Large Terrace over looking the Swimming Pools, Lagoon, Sea, future Marina Residences & the overall Marassi Project. All rooms are equipped with ACs.
