Caswell Holiday Cottage is a fantastic, bright and spacious property that sleeps 9 people and is within walking distance of both Caswell and Langland Bay. The space The property is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor, you are welcomed in to a bright and spacious hallway, to your left there is a large open plan dining area, kitchen and breakfast area leading in to the utility room and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas Range cooker and stove, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The utility room features a washing machine and clothes horse. To the right of the hallway is a large nautical themed lounge with ample seating, a large corner sofa and two further sofa's. There is a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV. Off of the hallway you will also found a w.c. The bright and airy stair case leads up to the second floor where you will find 4 well presented bedrooms. The Master bedroom features a King sized bed with en suite shower room with toilet and W.C and smart TV. The Daffodil Room has a double bed with a wardrobe. The Camper Van Room has a stylish camper van bunk bed and the Surf Room includes a double bed and a single bed. The main bathroom features a bath with overhead shower, sink and W.C. There is a well maintained patio-ed garden with a large round rattan table that seats 8. There is a decked area featuring a rattan sofa and two chairs with coffee table. The garage is accessed through the utility room and has ample space for the storage of bikes/surfboards/body boards. There is parking for 2 cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking in addition. There is gas central heating, the ground floor is heated with under floor heating with the second floor featuring radiators in each room. Bedding, towels and free WiFi is provided. Dogs accepted on request and at an additional charge. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note Dog friendly information. Please note there is an additional charge of £25 for the first dog and £10 per dog thereafter. We are a dog friendly accommodation although we do please ask that you adhere to the following rules: Dogs to stay on the ground floor due to the upstairs being carpeted Dogs to not lay on the sofas. It’s the owners responsibility to clean up after the dog – poop and hairs. Failure to do this may result in an additional charge from our cleaning company. The dog(s) must not be left alone in the house at any time. Keep dogs on leads around livestock. Ensure flea treatment is up to date before arrival. Any damage or stains must be paid for in full. We have water and food bowls available for your use should you need them and a fixed retractable gate in to the breakfast utility area should you wish to use it.
