It's a service apartment with 1 queen bed and a sofa cum bed with the following: > A Dining table setup is available to dine at. > TV with connected DTH available for the entertainment. > Board games are available at the property. > A Dedicated work space with table lamp available. > Internet connectivity is through BSNL broadband. > Fully operational Kitchen. Equipped with crockery, cutlery, utensils and masalas etc. > Guests can cook their own meals. There are several eating options and sharing those to help you plan. 1. The apartment is right next to the resort club, which has a restaurant serving breakfast/lunch/dinner with a la carte menu or buffet on payment basis. 2. If you wish to splurge on a more lavish meal - the ITC Grand Bharat is a 5 min drive away outside the resort. 3. Jassu Caterer is nearby and provides all meals on payment basis. The Menu and contact details are in the apartment. Breakfast requires to be ordered the previous evening and Lunch/Dinner ordered atleast 2 hours before delivery Apartment is facing the golf course with amazing views, specially of the sunset. The club has a TT table, Badminton & Basketball court, Gym, pool table that can be used free of cost, while the golf course, spa, eating at the restaurant is on a payment basis This is the perfect place for guests who are looking for a peaceful weekend, far from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Guest access The entire apartment will be yours for the duration of your holiday - like a beautiful home away from home. Guests have free access to the entire resort (except the Golf course), including the resort club. IMPORTANT : ONLY golfers are allowed on the golf course, walking on the course for guests and non-golfers is strictly forbidden. There is ample parking and free of charge. Where is it located & what are the nearest landmarks ? Our home is easily accessible, you will find it if you look for Tarudhan Valley Golf Resort on the map, or Lemon Tree Hotel, Tarudhan Valley, Manesar, which is part of the resort (our apartment is less than a 1 min drive inside the resort from the Lemon Tree hotel). It's 1 km ahead of the 5 star property - ITC Grand Bharat, also known as ITC Classic Golf Resort. Address: Tarudhan Valley Golf Resort, Village Dadu, Post Hassanpur, Tehsil Tauru, District Mewat, Gurgaon. 2. How many guests can the apartment accommodate ? The apartment has 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa cum bed , thereby comfortably accommodating 4 guests. 3. Can we bring extra guests over 4 ? The apartment is designed for 4 guests. However, charge for each additional guest is Rs 1K per night upto a maximum of 5 guests. Extra mattress can be arranged if guests so request. 4. How do you take care of hygiene and sanitization? The apartment is thoroughly cleaned after each checkout. Given the current pandemic, please be assured of adequate sanitisation. We ensure freshly laundered linen before every new guest visit. 5. Can you include meals ? What are eating options nearby ? Can we use the kitchen to cook for ourselves ? Is liquor available at the resort or nearby ? We are unable to provide or cater to meal requests. The tariff is only for the homestay. However, there are several eating options and I am happy to share these to help you plan. a. The apartment is right next to the resort club, which has Skinners restaurant serving breakfast/lunch/dinner with a a la carte menu and buffet on payment basis. It does not deliver, but you can do a takeout. b. If you wish to splurge on a more lavish meal - the ITC Grand Bharat is a 5 min drive outside the resort. c. If you prefer to sit in & relax - you can order for Dhaba like food from Jassu Caterer. The Menu and contact details are in the apartment and food is delivered at the apartment. Require to order breakfast the previous evening and Lunch/Dinner atleast 2 hours before delivery d. If you are in the mood to cook, please bring required grocery items (including cooking oil if planning meals) as the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle etc & also has basics like salt, haldi, red chilli powder, tea, coffee, sugar, oil (small quantity) etc. e. For a simple & very basic home cooked Indian meal, our caretaker (not a cook by profession) can also be engaged, on payment basis (groceries provided by you). f. Our personal recommendation though is a combination: you could do what we do when we visit, carry pizzas & biryani (or alike, to reheat & eat) or a few curries (veg &/or non-veg), make or get made roti & rice there fresh, and/or get one meal cooked by the caretaker too. Also will suggest you carry sufficient dry & frozen snacks (that can be sautéed or fried & served hot). g. Skinners Bar is connected to the Skinners Restaurant and is stocked with a variety of Wines and Spirits but the prices are high. Recommend carry your own stock for your stay. There are a few local liquor shops nearby in case you wish to buy. h. Zomato and Swiggy deliver orders occasionally. You need to check on that specific day. 6. Will a caretaker be available? Our caretaker is available for housekeeping (included in the tariff). Pls find below the rates for additional services needed if any: 1. Rs 200 per day for washing utensils. 2. Rs 100 per day for running errands (fuel & effort) to the village for groceries/coal/wood (paid by guests on actuals) required for cooking, barbecue, bonfire. 3. Rs 500 per meal for cooking (groceries provided by you). 7. Is the Pool Private or shared ? What are the timings ? Is it open currently ? The common Resort Club is shared and accessible free for our guests. It has a swimming pool (not private) that is open all days of the week (during summer) except for Mondays. It closes for winter from October 31st till March end. 8. What are the other facilities & games/sports available in the apartment ? Tarudhan Club & Options for Children : If there are children accompanying you there is plenty to keep them busy & entertained both inside & outside in the club area. Board games are available in the apartment and the club has a children’s play area (slides etc), besides a TT table, Badminton & Basketball court, Pool table, carrom board, & Gym. Our guests have free access to the club. Club Spa is available on chargeable basis. 9. Do you have WiFi and what is the speed of WiFi ? Yes, we have BSNL broadband. The speed is around 80 mbps. 10. Can we play golf ? Yes, guests can play golf on payment of the applicable Green Fees. Casual Golfers may leverage the practice range which is just outside the main Tarudhan Gate. 11. Does the apartment have a music system ? Is partying allowed ? For music buffs, the apartment has a bluetooth speaker. Guests are welcome to party and play music till late night – as long as they are not disrupting the peace of the resort. However loud music is not permitted. 12. Are pets allowed ? Request check with us for bringing pets. 13. Is smoking allowed ? Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, however, our guests are happy to use the vast open spaces or the patio (facing the golf course) at the back for smoking. 14. What if there are damages? Our guests always take care of the home as if it were your own – leaving it as they found it, clean & undamaged. However, in case of a damage, we charge them on actuals, after a discussion. 15. Are decorations allowed ? Can you put up birthday decorations ? We do not allow decorations that require pasting of any kind on the walls. We are unable to also provide any assistance beyond welcoming you to our home. 16. What are the check in and check out timings ? Early check in/late check out possible ? Check in is 1 pm or later & check out 11 am or earlier – with a request for mandatory adherence. Early check in or late check out is possible if there are no guests checking out or checking in on those dates. A confirmation is possible only an evening prior or early on the date of check in. 17. How about Car Parking & security at the place ? Since the apartment is part of the Golf resort, you can be assured of ample parking & full security. The apartment is equipped with 2 security cameras as well. 18. Is there anything we need to carry ? Guests need to carry their own personal toiletries (tooth and hair brush), and their own groceries if they plan to cook during the holiday. 19. Is a discount possible? I am afraid our prices are fixed. This ensures a uniform & consistent experience for all our guests.
