First Floor 2 x Double rooms & Toilet/Shower Room and Toilet/Vanity Bathroom. Second Floor with Family Room ( 2 X Double Beds) & 1 x Single Room both with great views!! ALL BEDDING AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. Guest access Instructions will be mailed or phoned prior to getting to the property. Access can be gained via a key safe. Guests have access to the entire Property, Including Garden Area at Rear. Other things to note We provide Fresh Bread, Milk & some biscuits for your arrival, so you can have a cuppa!! Snacks, Tea and Filter coffee to get you started. We do expect the property to be respected and left in reasonable order. All dishes washed and put away. We do not mind clearing your final breakfast dishes from the washer!! The 3 Toilet/shower rooms are supplied with guest soaps and a minimum of 2 x Full Toilet Rolls. We leave 2 x Dishwasher tabs per day of your stay & some Non Bio Powder for the washing machine. House rules are displayed in the Property.
