Sunshine

This is a walk-in ready, enjoy your vacation type of place. Sunshine will have everything you need for basic, daily beach life. It's a simple 3 block, 400 step walk to the beach. You will have 2 designated parking spaces in our private parking lot. You are on the 2nd floor with a small partial view of the ocean. You are next to a local pizza shop and Mexican spot. Walking or riding a bicycle is the way to get around. You are located in the middle of this beautiful island, come check us out. The space Sunshine has a small covered porch with seating and cover for door. When you walk in there is a fully equipped nice open living room with a small dining room that has a 6 person table for seating. A full kitchen with everything you need to cook basic meals. The hallway leads directly into the only bathroom and there is a bedroom located on each side of the hallway. The laundry room is located out of the way off of the kitchen area. There are useful beach accessories you can help yourself to in the laundry room on the lower shelves. The only thing that is sensitive with Sunshine is that you directly over another renal downstairs. Please be considerate is all I ask. I have rug runners along the main path of walking in Sunshine to help. Guest access The entire apartment is yours. Other things to note You are located directly across the side street from a small local shopping center with a breakfast shop, convenient store with gas, liquor store, ATM bank access. There is also a local fine dining restaurant in shopping center. You also have a local pizza shop and local Mexican restaurant next door. A city wide enforced street parking 8am-8pm/$3.50 hourly. 42.00 per day. Coin operated laundry mat one block over, same side of street. Sunshine has a washer/dryer room located inside the rental. Island wide noise ordinance enforced at 11pm. No glass of any kind at any time is allowed on the beach. No dogs are allowed are on the beach.
