Ideal location in Summit County, convenient to Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Copper Mtn, Vail and Beaver Creek. Note no RVs, boats, busses, or trailers allowed. A maximum of 3 cars are allowed. Absolutely no pets -- neighborhood rules. The space Nestled in a quiet subdivision to let you unwind, yet still close to all the activities. Exclusive neighborhood Rec Center within walking distance with hot tub (indoor, open all year), pool (outdoor, summer only), racquetball court with basketball hoop (all year), steam room (all year), tennis courts (summer only), and work out equipment (all year).
