Welcome to our 2 Bedroom Elegant Suite. You have private entrance & access to the the entire apartment. The apartment is furnished with elegant & comfortable decor. It's ideal for families & a small group. Your home away from home offers all of the convenience and excitement of New York City. We're located 20 minutes from both Laguardia airport and JFK airport. Manhattan is about 45 minutes away on public transportation. The J & Z train are 2 blocks away. The Q56 Bus runs along Jamaica Ave. The space The entire space is stylishly equipped with modern amenities to make your stay a pleasant one, enjoy! Guest access Using a smart entry lock, guest will self check-in and have access to the entire ground level apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms and strong Wifi throughout the apartment. Both rooms are completely private with cable TV (Smart TV). Each room have remote control for both fan & the air conditioner. Pair, connect & listen to your favorite music via our preset bluetooth alarm clock speakers in both rooms. We call the rooms "The Orange room & the Gray Room". The Orange room is furnished with a cozy Queen size bed while the Gray room is furnished with 2 comfy Twin size beds. If you're on a work trip, there's a functional Printer in the apartment for your use. Our kitchen has cooking utensils if you like to cook. Supermarket is steps away. Relax in our beautiful back yard. It's equipped with an exercise equipment, picnic chair & table. You're welcome to smoke in our beautiful and private backyard. Other things to note Potential for noise! Our neighbors are very friendly but likes to bring the party outside in the summer months.
