Welcome to 4 star Villa Aberdeen. The Villa has private, reliable and sustainable water supply for all guest's needs through Summer. Fully enclosed backyard provides excellent privacy. The space Villa Aberdeen is spacious (208m2) with high ceiling and ceramic tile floors in all rooms. All south facing rooms have AC while north facing bedrooms have fans. First floor balcony provides ample space for quiet outdoor time, and tiled ground floor area is perfect for barbecue and summertime outdoor living. Backyard is comfortable (590 m2) and fully enclosed by a wall for privacy. Children enjoy large outdoor space, swimming pool with shallow end and slide. Ground floor: • Kitchen with dining area • Lounge with sofa bed, • Bathroom 1, • Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds. First floor: • Bedroom1, with double bed and office space, • Bedroom2, with double bed and sofa bed, • Bedroom3, with double bed and en-suite bathroom 3, • Bathroom 2. Swimming pool (6x3 m) is available in the summer season only, June-September. There is off-street parking for 3 cars. A 10% discount if offered to all our returning guest on each subsequent visit. Guest access The booking is for whole Villa only. Guests have access to all rooms, terraces, barbecue area, pool, garden and whole property as seen on pictures. There is plenty of parking on the property beside the house. The guests enjoy high privacy, as property is fully enclosed by 2m wall . The neighbourhood is tranquil, with only one other permanently inhabited house in our street. The most of Lustica peninsula is quiet rural area, in contrast to tourist mainland coastal towns. Map location on Airbnb site does not show accurate location so please refer to message with driving instructions or major online map providers. Other things to note Adults must supervise children and non-swimmers at all time when outside the Villa. Guests are required to observe swimming pool rules, which are displayed beside the pool. Water is supplied from a tank located beside the house. The tank is replenished with rainwater collected from the roof of the Villa and using tankers when needed. This water is not recommended for consumption or cooking. The Villa was bought in 2022 and substantially renovated (new and quieter pump installed in October 2022).
