Master Bedroom #2 has a king bed, full sized futon and space for a pack n play. It's en-suite private bathroom features a double vanity and triple headed shower with seat. It shares a half bath and a full bath also on the main floor. No stairs, wide doorway, easy access to the front entrance and driveway. Bedroom #6 is a studio apartment on the main floor with a private bath and French doors leading to the outside for a private entrance if wanted. We provide a lockbox for access and normally meet you at the house at your arrival to quickly answer any questions about the home and show you how to work the hot tub, turn on the outdoor fire pit, TV and indoor fireplace. The Ponderosa Pines are majestic and attract wildlife every day. Close to Denver but seems miles away. No public transport, you will need a car or bicycle for most of the must see attractions and all but one (gnarly) hike/bike trail head. The Apex Trail head is about 1/3 mile down the road.
