Only for Registered Guests - we are NOT an Event Venue Rental The space Our property is beautiful, scenic and perfect to enjoy a stay in the Edmond and Oklahoma City area whether you have a small travel group or large. We welcome you to utilize the 2-tiered deck with outdoor bar & bar-be-que area as well as the front acreage. The home is under 3,000 square feet with 2 full bathrooms and standard sleep arrangements for 8+ (King, Queen, 6 Twins) with the ability to add sleep arrangements to host over 12 guests. Perfect for an entire team. BBQ, tree swing and firepit perfect for roasting marshmallows for smores! Guest access You have unhampered entry and parking in a full driveway. We respectfully ask that you refrain from driving or parking off of the paved driveways. Additionally, we ask that all visitors that are not part of the confirmed reservation leave the property by 10:30 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been approved by Host. We do understand that local friends and family may visit you during your stay. Additional overnight guests that were not part of your reservation may add charges to your booking. Other things to note (NOTE: If you are planning on using the front yard - at this time of year please beware of stickers in the lawn) You maintain private entry and do not have access to the garage space. Our property is NOT available for the purposes of Hosting Parties. Your rental is for the home which includes use of the property amenities for your Registered Guests it is NOT for an Event Venue Rental, We do not condone underage drinking or the use of drugs including marijuana at any time on the property.
