The kitchen features brand new Stainless appliances, seating for 6, new cabinetry & floors. All windows were just replaced & an entirely new Central Air system was just installed too. Each unit has 1 dedicated parking spot. Off-Street parking is well lit, and right beside our drive if additional parking is needed. Our place is right around the corner from the North Avondale Montessori School. A great place to walk the kids to play! The apartment is tastefully decorated & fully furnished with all essentials for your stay. Luxury linens allow 6 people to rest well in either of the King & Queen memory foam beds. The LR has a Queen sofa bed w/a memory foam mattress. Bedrooms have a ceiling fan & flat screen TVs. The living room features a 50 inch flatscreen. You can expect cleanliness & all the comforts of home when you stay here. All basic items to cook & "Eat-In" are available. This includes pots/pans, glassware, dishes, utensils, bakeware, lidded bowls, cooking spray, olive oil, basic spices, toaster, coffee/tea/creamer. Whether visiting Cincinnati for work or play, the inviting atmosphere makes this the perfect place for short or long stays for families, friends & business travelers alike. Close to all the major universities, hospitals, the Cincinnati Zoo. Conveniently located to pursue other tourist attractions, the riverfront, downtown, the ball fields, & museums!
