Welcome to our remodeled, thoughtfully decorated Victorian, romantic cottage! It boasts original hardwood floors & woodwork, quaint parlor, cozy porch, 2 townie bikes with locks, and a shed for recreational equipment. CMU & the Tabaguache Trail system are minutes away. Downtown GJ, the library, convention center, parks, Avalon Theater, & several churches are a short walk away. The space It includes a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a fully stocked bathroom with toiletries and hairdryer. It can sleep 5 people (6 if you don't mind a couch!), and appeals to both adults and families alike. Beds include a queen, king, and sofa sleeper. The home is kid-friendly - includes a pack-n-play, outlet covers (available to use if needed), high chair, and kids plates/utensils. For grown-up kids, there are books, Netflix instant service, three flat-screen TVs, board games, and high-speed internet. Relax in the ambient back yard, which features a pergola with lights, chiminea, barbecue grill, and has kids toys, a sandbox, abundant seating, and is fully enclosed for your furry friends! Guest access Guests have the whole home and yard to themselves.
