Central heating with radiators and a bioethanol bio-fireplace in the living room, which provides a cozy atmosphere without the risks or smoke of a conventional fireplace. Dartboard, board games. Fully equipped kitchen, with a refrigerator with freezer and water dispenser, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, food processor, washing machine, and dishwasher. The second bedroom is 1.40 m x 1.90 m and the third bedroom is 0.80 m x 1.90 m, with four beds in two bunk beds. A folding crib and a baby booster chair are available. The current is 220V, as in the rest of the country. Guest access Lobby, elevators, and closed parking. For stays longer than 6 days, the rate includes a change of linens (towels and sheets) and general cleaning between the 3rd and 4th day, to be agreed upon. If more linen changes or additional cleaning are required, they can be done at an extra charge. We can also arrange transfers to and from the airport or Cerro Castor, at an extra charge. Other things to note Groups of people staying for the purpose of partying are not allowed. It is a residential building, where families live and it is strict with quiet hours. For security reasons, occupant IDs will be requested in advance. The number of guests is not allowed to exceed the availability of beds (there are 8 beds, plus a crib, therefore no more than 8 guests over 2 years old and one under 2 years old).
