The space The airconditioned unit is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and dining utensils.It is also equipped with electric oven,microwave,electric plate,rice cooker,kettle,coffee maker,bread toaster,refrigerator. The toilet has 7.5kg automatic washing machine,hot and cold shower and hairblower. The bedroom has a queen size bed with single pull out bed. A wallmounted 40 inch tv is also provided with cable network ,fast wifi connection and local telephone line. The lightings include a multi colored light( can click to from yellow to white) and it is blue tooth connected ceiling light where it produces music from your cellphones or music gadgets with blue tooth. The living area is spacious.It has a sofa which can accommodate also 2 people to sleep on ,there is a dining table and an extra foldable sofa bed good for 2-3 people. The balcony is overlooking taal volcano.It has a coffee table on it for your morning taal scenery! Guest access The guest can use the entire unit exclusively.They can use the amenities like indoor and outdoor swimming pools,basketball/badminton table tennis courts,billiard hall. The owner has also provided different sport equipment like table tennis racket/tennis balls,badminton racket and shuttle cocks,basketball for the guest to use while renting the place.
