Entire house in private HOA community, very little traffic, quiet neighborhood : -Prime location:10 min to beach, 5 min to downtown Vero Beach, Dodgertown, Movie Theaters, Shopping& Restaurants. -Heated Pool in private backyard heated year round at 89 degrees -BBQ Grill -Large open floor plan -2 King Beds / 1 Full/Twin Bunkbed -Master Bedroom Suite: separate private access to pool and master bathroom -Smart TVs: all the major streaming apps -Stainless steel appliances -Updated bathrooms The space This house is in a prime central location only 10 minutes drive to the Beach, 5-10 minutes to the Mall and Movie Theater, 10 minutes to Indian River State College, 10 minutes to Dodgertown and 5 minutes to Central Vero Beach. There are numerous restaurants within a 5-10 min drive also. There are enough beds to sleep 8 people. 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full(bottom of bunk bed), 1 Twin (top of bunk bed), 1 large couch, 1 Blow Up Mattress The house sits in a private HOA community with a loop that keeps traffic to a minimum. Very little traffic and often times neighbors take strolls in the neighborhood to enjoy the nicer weather. What you will find at this house: An entire 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house, with private pool area and backyard which includes the following: -Large outdoor entertainment area: Heated Pool at 89 degrees year round : Gas Grill, outdoor seating and private Backyard: entire area is surrounded by a 6 foot fence for privacy -Open Floor Plan with amazing views of pool area -Large sectional couch in Living Room, and panoramic views of the entertainment and pool area. -Washer and dryer in the unit -Fresh, fully stocked, clean linens, everyday toiletries, soap and shampoo -Pots, Pans, Spices, Utensils, Oven, and everything else needed to cook meals everyday Once inside the house you will immediately walk into the large open floor plan including a living room, kitchen, breakfast nook and dining area. A great place to entertain, relax, and catch up with the entire group of family or friends. Right outside the living room is access to the pool area. There are two doors that lead to this large outdoor area, one from the living room/kitchen area and one from the Master Suite. The outdoor area has enough seating for 4-6 people and multiple seating options to enjoy the sun, relax around the pool, and drink a warm cup of coffee in the private backyard pool area. Once back in the house, you will come back to the living room area. The living room boasts a new 55 inch TV with streaming internet, and cable TV with 100+ channels. You can watch TV while lounging on the new large and comfy sectional that can sit 6-8 people comfortably. The house has 3 Bedrooms: The Private Master Bedroom and Full Bath. The Master Bedroom has it's own secluded area separate from the other rooms and bathroom. The king bed is a new memory foam bed with fresh new linens! The master bathroom has a private entrance from the Master Bedroom and includes a stand up shower. The other two bedrooms have a separate full bathroom and full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed with a new very comfortable mattress. The 2nd guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on the top, and a full size bed on bottom. Every bedroom also has it's own closet filled with extra hangers along with extra linens, extra towels, and extra pillows. The kitchen has all the necessities needed to cook any meal including a toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Both bathrooms include a shower, freshly washed towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, and spare bathroom necessities. You will also have access to a washer and dryer in the unit. Enough Laundry detergent to get you through 5 loads will be provided . Vacation Rental License #85150. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house including the pool area, 2 car garage, 2 car driveway, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. House holds a maximum of 9 people . Only restricted area is a small set of two locked bins in the garage which holds a few owners items Other things to note -There is enough parking at the house for four vehicles: two in the garage and two in the driveway -Quiet Hours: Indian River County Short-Term Rental Regulations require that all guests keep noise down from 10pm-6am everyday.
