All together the 3 cottages sleep 1 to 19 guests comfortably in beds. This cottage, (#1), sleeps 8 guests with 1.5 bathrooms. It has 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed and the 2nd bedroom with 1 queen-size bed and 1 set of bunk beds. It also has a sleeper sofa. Each cottage is fully furnished, has a full-size kitchen and includes small appliances, kitchenware, and a charcoal grill with utensils. This cottage has a large deck and its own private dock, as well as a screened porch for those rainy days. Enjoy the lake and all it has to offer, as well as a beautiful mountain view. Our docks will accommodate large boats. There are nearby marinas to launch your boats and we have a space to park your boat trailers. There is a small beach area in front of the lake for relaxing, as well as a fire pit for relaxing evenings. Pillows & quilts are provided but you must supply your own linens and towels.
