"Ye Old Ligonier House" is located on Rt. 30, just 1/4 mile east of the Ligonier diamond. This house sits on 2.3 acres of land, surrounded by two creeks. The main floor includes a living room with pull-out couch, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1950’s kitchen for 4, and sun porch seating 6. With hardwood floors throughout, the house is neat and tidy. No pets allowed. Wi-Fi with streaming and live antenna TV. Complimentary coffee and tea. The space There is a private drive and the property has a creek on both sides making your stay safe and private. The garage is off limits and it will be locked. Guest access Enter via the front door and have the entire first or main floor available to you. The basement, upper floor, and garage will be locked and off limits. Other things to note Ligonier is 10 minutes from Idlewild Park going West and 15 minutes to Laurel Mt. Ski Resort traveling East. Either one is an easy drive on Route 30.
