River Ranch Cottage

The village of Morattico is a hidden gem on the Rappahanock River. The Morattico Waterfront Museum is located in the village and adds to the charm. In season the ice cream cooler is stocked at the museum pavilion and for $1.00 you can enjoy an ice cream of your choice! Check out Belle Isle state park for hiking, bird watching and paddle board rentals. The cottage is decorated by a professional stager, one of the features that guests enjoy the most. The screened in porch is quite relaxing! The space There is kayaking opportunities and a pier to enjoy the breezes and sunset. Other things to note There’s a dock with ladder and boat ramp on the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy the dock for fishing , swimming or just relaxing in a chair. Perfect for happy hour sunsets!
