Micro apartment in Binz - chic and cheap

Modern micro apartment in the attic in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz on the island of Rügen - only 200 m from the fine sandy beach. The well-kept apartment building was newly built in the nineties. Doctor, dentist, baker, hairdresser, pharmacy, laundry and supermarket are nearby. The historic town center is only a 10-minute walk away. The train station and bus stop for destinations on Rügen are only about 250 m away. The space The chic micro apartment was completely renovated in spring 2019. The result is a small cozy living nest on the fourth floor above the rooftops of Binz. The sloping ceilings are characteristic of the studio, which is only about 15 square meters. Nevertheless, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The studio was upgraded in 2025 with a modern built-in double bed by the carpenter. It has two standard mattresses of 90 cm x 200 cm. A small dining and work table with two cozy chairs and footstools, as well as a mini kitchen with sink, fridge with freezer, 2-plate stove and microwave are also available. A wardrobe with a safe and a flat-screen TV complete the offer. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The separate shower room with vanity and toilet completes the offer. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues, as it is located on the 5th floor without an elevator. Arrival and departure with key handover are carried out by the commissioned agency RUJANA. This is located on site in Binz and is available as a contact person 365 days a year.
