Need a quick safe getaway? This is a quiet charming carriage house which sits on a large property close to downtown Indianapolis. It is perfect for a single person or couple to get away and have the privacy of your own pool, hot tub and outdoor space. It's only a $6-$7 uber ride to all the downtown hot spots. Also, there is a two-night minimum. FromApril- September, please ask about availability when to book. This property can only be booked 5 days before the desired date during this period. Other things to note 1. The carriage house is separate from the main house and is private. However, the patios, pool and hot tub are shared. There are usually never more than 2-4 guests on the property. 2. Most couples stay at this property to enjoy a relaxing evening or weekend. For the privacy and security of all guests, other friends and family are not allow to hang out by the pool and hot tub. You are welcome to show them around the grounds when they are picking you up or dropping you off. 3. There is only 1 parking spot per booking on the property. All other vehicles must park on the street.
